Dabei erweist sich die Umsetzung pädagogischer Gesetzesansprüche als Abhängigkeit von strafenden Ansprüchen. Indem diese Zusammenhänge schließlich auf den institutionellen Hintergrund bezogen werden, zeigt der Artikel eine Möglichkeit, komplexe Krisenursachen in modernen Jugendstrafsystemen aus soziologischer Perspektive zu beleuchten. | ||
| 520 | |a The multiple legal requirements of modern youth justice systems have a crisis potential, which is examined here in the case of the Colombian youth justice system. The initial observation regarding this system is that its legal practice does not fulfill its own requirements. Since research is limited, Bourdieu’s field term and evidence from 27 in-depth interviews conducted in three different Colombian juvenile courts are used to reconstruct the actor’s practices in the legal proceeding.
