To delve further into this topic, this research is intended toanswer the question, “What is the perception of workplace bullying within theeducated workforce?” The assertionspresented will center on factors, impact to productivity, and management asthey relate to bullying in the workplace. Additionally, where available,legislation that has been passed or proposed to protect businesses andindividuals with regard to punitive controls and management of these behaviorshas been reviewed.
