Unscrupulous sectors of the hotel industry are the main buyers of these prohibited drinks. It is a criminal market that in recent years has been increasing its activity. La fabricación, contrabando y comercialización de bebidas alcohólicas ilícitas, su- pone un fraude fiscal y un importante riesgo para la salud de los consumidores. Las mafias y bandas criminales (BACRIM) especializadas en este lucrativo comercio ile- gal distribuyen las citadas bebidas en el mercado negro. Sectores desaprensivos de la hostelería son los principales compradores de estas bebidas prohibidas. Se trata de un mercado criminal que en los últimos años ha ido incrementando su actividad. |
