Summary:Fraudulently self-modified and invented signatures are studied by Handwriting. The foundations, methods and techniques of this discipline allow comparing this type of signature with undisputed samples, in order to identify the coincidences and/or differences which confirm or discard the authorship of the doubtful signature. This article presents an experiment consisting of the expert analysis of the fraudulently self-modified and invented signatures.
Las firmas automodificadas fraudulentamente e inventadas son estudiadas por la Grafística. Los fundamentos, métodos y técnicas de esta disciplina permiten comparar estas firmas con muestras indubitadas, a los fines de identificar las coincidencias y/o diferencias que confirmen o descarten la autoría de la firma dubitada. En el presente artículo se presenta un experimento consistente en el análisis pericial de las firmas automodificadas fraudulentamente e inventadas.
