An engineer by training, he completed MBA and Ph.D. (Criminal Justice) from the University of Cincinnati, USA, where he also taught for 2 years. His research interests are police legitimacy, crime prevention, OCBs, rape myths, organizational justice, and work-family conflict. Currently, he is working on rape myths and developing performance metrics for police agencies. | ||
