Dabei sollen zunächst Bedeutung und Ambivalenz des effektiven Rechtsschutzes im Strafvollzug aus rechtlicher und rechtswirklicher Perspektive beleuchtet werden, um im Anschluss zur Ausgangsfrage sowohl empirische Befunde aus einem internationalen Forschungsprojekt zum Themenfeld mit dem Titel „Prisons: the rule of law, accountability and rights (PRILA)“ als auch anekdotische Erfahrungen aus mehrjähriger Projektarbeit zum Themenfeld im Berliner Strafvollzug („Recht verständlich, „Uni im Vollzug“) zu präsentieren. Abschließend werden durch den Rückgriff auf strafvollzugstheoretische Blickwinkel Erklärungsansätze zu unseren zentralen Befunden präsentiert. | ||
