| 520 | |a Social work in the field of justice in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, has a long tradition of intervention. It is an occupational space that has been growing, and changing along with legal changes and transformations of jurisdictional bodies. Likewise, social workers in the law of professional practice have been modulating and configuring the complex field of intervention, which has been subjected to tensions and is always undergoing construction. Nowadays, the profession of social work has a high level of representation in legal activity (Asesorías Periciales de la SCJPBA), more than the other traditional professions, and the expert production of social workers is almost inescapable in all jurisdictions (criminal, juvenile criminal, civil, and family jurisdictions). This chapter will consider intervention as a strategy that social workers can use in the elaboration of social expertise. Forensic social work is tasked with social control, and in an institution born with such purposes, it maximizes relative autonomy. We will describe that the history and actual state of expert interventions made by forensic social workers in carrying out justice in the province of Buenos Aires. We will also point out the particular considerations of experts, such as viability and possibility instruments that are linked in particular to interventions in the criminal jurisdiction for adults and more specifically to the social evaluations that grant criminals an early exit, before they have served the entirety of their sentences. | ||
| 520 | |a El Trabajo Social en el ámbito de la justicia de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, tiene una larga tradición de inserción. Es un espacio ocupacional que ha ido creciendo, y modificándose a la par de los cambios legales y de las transformaciones de los organismos jurisdiccionales. Así también, la impronta de los trabajadores sociales, insertos en la ley de ejercicio profesional, fue modulando y configurando el campo de intervención, que se describirá como complejo, sometido a tensiones y en construcción permanente. Actualmente, la profesión tiene un alto nivel de representación en el organismo en que desarrollamos nuestra tarea (Asesorías Periciales de la SCJPBA), superior a la de otras profesiones tradicionales, y la producción pericial del trabajador social es casi ineludible en todos los fueros (penal, penal juvenil, civil y de familia). El presente trabajo planteara la intervención como construcción estratégica desde el Trabajo Social en la elaboración de pericias sociales. El TSF (trabajo social forense) con la atribuida y esperada tarea de control social, en una institución nacida con tales fines, maximizando su autonomía relativa. Plantearemos la historia y el actual estado de la intervención pericial del TSF en el poder judicial de la provincia de Buenos Aires, trabajaremos consideraciones particulares de la construcción de pericias como instrumentos de viabilidad o posibilidad, vinculadas particularmente a la intervención en causas del fuero penal de adultos, y más específicamente relacionadas con evaluaciones sociales por salidas anticipadas, antes del cumplimiento de la pena. | ||
