Sin embargo, han acontecido distintas transgresiones a esta hegemonía, al menos en un plano epistemológico, donde los fines y objetos de estudio de la disciplina se han visto alterados. Aprovechando el siglo que cumple la fundación de la Escuela de Frankfurt (1923-2023), este escrito tiene la finalidad de presentar el papel y la influencia de la teoría crítica en dichas rupturas. Una tarea que nos llevará a analizar algunos acontecimientos y obras que han dado que reflexionar durante estas diez décadas sobre el materialismo, la negatividad, la memoria, el mundo de la vida o la banalidad del mal. Un conjunto de ideas que han repercutido en la manera de entender la cuestión criminal y ayuda a comprender la Criminología Crítica Global que defendemos hoy. Una vía subversiva, provocadora, marginal, reflexiva y, por qué no, anti-criminológica, en la que es necesario prestar mayor atención frente a los múltiples daños sociales que padecemos. | ||
| 520 | |a Criminology, from its origins, has served as a tool to legitimize the pursuit and exercise of repression towards certain sectors of society. A function, in the order of certain exercises of power that seems to be maintained, also, today. However, different transgressions to this hegemony have occurred, at least on an epistemological level, where the purposes and objects of study of the discipline have been altered. Taking advantage of the century of the founding of the Frankfurt School (1923-2023), this paper aims to present the role and influence of the critical theory in these ruptures. A task that will lead us to analysesome events and works that have given us to reflect during these ten decades on materialism, negativity, memory, the world of life or banality of evil. A set of ideas that have influenced the way we understand the criminal issue and help us understand the Global Critical Criminology that we are defending today. A subversive, provocative, marginal, reflexive and, why not, anti-criminological path, to which we should paymore attention in the face of themultiple social harms that we suffer. | ||
