The statute of victims in Spain”; to answer questions such as: “Are human rights at the core of responses to trafficking in human beings? Does trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation have a greater implementation than other forms of trafficking? Significantly in women and girls? Are genderspecific measures applied to address trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation? Does the current detection and identification of victims of trafficking in human beings guarantee the integral protection of the victims?El texto tiene como objetivo hacer un análisis de algunos de los distintos mecanismos jurídicos implementados al objeto de realizar la protección de los derechos humanos de las víctimas, en especial las de trata de seres humanos, objetivos específicos referidos a los siguientes aspectos: “Identificación de las víctimas. Protección de las víctimas. Protección especial de las niñas/os objeto de trata. Evitación de la doble victimización. El estatuto de las víctimas en España”; para dar respuesta a las cuestiones como:“ ¿Los derechos humanos están en la base de las respuestas a la trata de seres humanos? ¿ La trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual tiene una mayor implementación que otras modalidades de trata?, ¿de forma significativa en las mujeres y niñas? ¿ Se aplican medidas específicas de género para abordar la trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual? ¿ La detección e identificación actual de las víctimas de trata de seres humanos garantiza la protección integral de las víctimas” |
