Description
Summary:The regulatory process of transnational organized environmental crimes, which have increased with the globalization-induced compression of time and space, has been object of different theoretical perspectives. By one side, the common law systems are in general designed through regulatory techniques such as Restorative Justice, Smart Regulation, Command and Control and Compliance. On the other hand, there are approaches related to the criminalization of the environmental deviance (such as Green Criminology Theories).Die Normsetzung der transnational organisierten Umweltschäden, die mit der globalisierungsbedingten Komprimierung von Raum und Zeit angestiegen sind, wurde von verschiedenen theoretischen Perspektiven problematisiert.
