Summary:This work opens a debate on the role of victims in peace processes, taking part in societies who have suffered terrorist violence, emphasizing the value of the judicial stage in building reconciliation. Throughout the work, anamnesis is analyzed as a tool to build peace through collective memory, constructing a path to truth, justice and atonement. Finally, the criminal process is examined as a stage for dialogue between victims and victimizers in order to find the way to reconciliation.
El presente trabajo pretende hacer una refl exión acerca del papel de las víctimas en los procesos de paz y el valor del escenario judicial en la construcción de la reconciliación. A lo largo del trabajo, se examina la anamnesis como herramienta para construir la paz a través de la memoria colectiva como manera de llegar a la verdad, justicia y reparación. Finalmente, se analiza el proceso penal como escenario de diálogo para el encuentro entre víctima y victimario para encontrar el camino hacia la reconciliación.
