En primer lugar, nos detendremos en el adjetivo "verde" y sus alternativas. En segundo lugar, subrayaremos algunos pilares teóricos en los que se asienta la victimología verde. A continuación, señalaremos la importancia del concepto de daño frente al de delito, trauma o sufrimiento. Finalmente reflexionaremos sobre quiénes son las víctimas, cuál el riesgo e impacto victimal, así como las posibilidades de recuperación y reparación, con alusión a la justicia restaurativa. | ||
| 520 | |a With a descriptive purpose, and through a critical analysis, in this article green victimology is introduced as a novel yet marginal trend which can bring about new frames of understanding with regard to the concept of victim. First, we will focus on the adjective ‘green’ and its alternatives in the naming of this set of perspectives. Secondly, we will underline some of their theoretical grounds. Thirdly, we will point out to the relevance of the notion of harm in contrast to crime, trauma or suffering. Finally, we will discuss who the victims are, the kind of risk and impact we are dealing with, as well as the possibilities of recovery and reparation, speculating with the pertinence of restorative justice. | ||
