Se trata de materiales cuya comercialización está controlada por ley dado el riesgo que supone su doble uso en las citadas actividades ilícitas. Existe un mercado negro a través del cual se suministran estos materiales, al que también hay que añadir paralelamente la venta ilícita de precursores químicos destinados a la fabricación clandestina de drogas. | ||
