Dicha gestión tiene un coste elevado, que atendiendo al principio “contaminador-pagador” recae en el productor o poseedor de dichos residuos. Con la finalidad de reducir costos, algunas empresas optan por contratar a las mafias especializadas en el tráfico ilícito de residuos para eliminar sus desechos. | ||
