| Summary: | Talking about forensic ballistics and the studies that include from its trajectory, dispersion, gravity, wind, ballistic coefficient, the projectile forms which will act giving more resistance or not to external forces, etc. Since each of them converge in the study to determine important points such as the incidence of the shot, the position where the victim was, shooter position, if the shots were inside a vehicle, that is from the inside out or from the outside to the inside, there is a lot of information that has to be collected, this in order to carry out a good criminal investigation into alleged criminal acts, some books tell us about studies in the field of external ballistics, but few they tell us what information is good or not when applying it to a specific case, the article that is developed explains the importance of external ballistics in forensic ballistics and marks the studies, as well as the information that helps to clarify the problem in relation to looking for the angles and in the victim-offender positions. Hablando de balística forense y los estudios que comprenden desde su trayectoria, dispersión, gravedad, viento, coeficiente balístico, las formas del proyectil las cuales actuarán dando más resistencia o no a las fuerzas externas, etc. Cada uno de ellos converge en el estudio para determinar puntos importantes como la incidencia del disparo, la posición en donde se encontraba la víctima, la posición del tirador, si los disparos fueron al interior de un vehículo o de adentro hacia fuera o de afuera hacia dentro, es mucha la información que se tiene que recabar, esto con el fin de desarrollar una buena investigación criminal en hechos presuntamente delictuosos, algunos libros hablan de estudios en el ámbito de balística exterior, pero pocos nos dicen qué información es buena o no al momento de aplicarla a un caso concreto, el artículo que se desarrolla explica la importancia de la balística exterior en la balística forense y marca los estudios, así como la información que ayuda al esclarecimiento del problema en lo relativo a buscar los ángulos y posiciones víctima-victimario. |
