Sumario:The fundamental right to the privacy consecrated in the article 18.4 of the Spanish Constitution is a guarantor institution whose objective is “to give response a new form of threat makes concrete to the dignity and to the rights of the person”, but that it constitute “it self, a right or fundamental freedom”. It is, it self “a right to the freedom opposite to the potential aggressions to the dignity and to the freedom of the person fro an illegitimate use of the treatment mechanized of information”. Never however, in spite of the importance of this right, still it is a right little known. Less for the major person and those that represent accompany or help them. This article is focused to highlighting essential aspects of that right that must be known necessarily for the mayor person and his environments in altars to protect his intimacy and all his rights, to be or not fundamental.
