Ein intersubjektives Strukturmodell unterscheidet Kö1persubjekt, Körperobjekt und Körperabjekt.
The development of an extremely disturbed ojfender with fantasies of homicide, mutilation, symbiosis etc. is exemplified over a period of 20 years. His body fantasies and defence mechanisms of in-corporation or ex-corporation allow to understand psychological development. An intersubjective paradigm differentiates the corporal subject, the corporal object, and the corporal abject. Moreover, the essential difference of the so-called symbolic castration ji-om a surgically realized castration is elaborated in its real, imaginary and symbolic consequences.
