AB Ausgehend von den global-politischen Analysen, die das Aufziehen eines Regimes des Selbstmanagements sowie eines punitiven Turn in der westlichen Welt diagnostizieren, wird anhand der Jugendhilfe in Hamburg überprüft, wie dieser Strukturwandel und seine Rationalitäten relevant werden und wo Widersprüche und Ambivalenzen sichtbar sind.
AB Various global analyses assume the rise of a regime of self-management and a punitive turn in modern civilizations. This article attempts to outline the impact and the ambivalence of this structural change and its underlying rationalities in a specific social policy field – the youth welfare services in Hamburg.
