Um dem entgegenzuwirken, ist ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz erforderlich: Bildung, Sensibilisierung, strukturelle Reformen sowie gesellschaftliche Normen sollten aktiv verändert werden, um Geschlechtergerechtigkeit zu fördern, stereotype Denkmuster zu überwinden und somit ein gerechteres, inklusives Rechtssystem zu ermöglichen. | ||
