Summary:This report, commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and completed by The University of Manchester with input from a Lived Experience Consultant (LEC), presents a comprehensive review of partnership responses to modern slavery and human trafficking (MSHT) across Greater Manchester. With a specific focus on the interconnected challenges of MSHT, homelessness, and migration/asylum, this review draws on survey data, existing Greater Manchester Police (GMP) data, interviews, and social network analysis to identify the strengths, gaps, and future opportunities for collaborative working within this complex landscape.
