| 520 | |a This work tackles several questions arising from the LO 1/2019 regarding the crime of organ trafficking. The Law has introduced new behaviors and it has modified the former crimes. As a result of these amendments the determination of the legal interest protected is even more complex. On the one hand, because the amendment has included the concept “organs of the deceased donors”. On the other hand, because the draft has added a reference to the victims in the previous aggravated behavior. One of the main conclusions to be drawn from the analysis of the amendments is that the donor cannot be considered criminal perpetrator anymore but also that the criminal protection has opted for his side. | ||
