AB A los pocos meses de la entrada en vigor de la LO de garantía integral de la libertad sexual se aprobó una “contrarreforma” por la LO 4/2023, que un sector político califica como “el regreso al Código Penal de la Manada”. Este trabajo estudia la reforma y trata de demostrar que no hay tal vuelta, sino incluso a veces una consideración aún más grave de los antiguos abusos sexuales.
AB A few months after the coming into effect of the Organic Law of integral guarantee of sexual freedom, a “counter-reform” has been approved by the OL 4/2023, which a political sector qualifies as “the return to the Criminal Code of the Herd”. This paper studies the reform and tries to demonstrate that there is no such return, but even sometimes an even more serious consideration of the old sexual abuses.
