AB Als Rahmen für Analysen wissenschaftlicher Reifikationen sozialer Relationen und Verdinglichung als Form von Herrschaft durch Institutionen wird erneut vorgeschlagen Kriminologie zum Gegenstand von "Kritik der Kriminologie". Einige "alte Ideen" werden beschrieben, die dieses Projekt voranbringen können: Die Vorstellung, Gesellschaft werde strukturiert durch Herrschaftsverhältnisse und Herrschaftstechniken, Etikettierungstheorien und -Perspektive werden als ein angemessener Rahmen beschrieben, Verdinglichung durch Wissensproduktionern zu analysieren, das Vokabular von Interaktion, Etikettierung, Zuschreibung, Degradierung, Präparierung als Objekt, Identitäts-Zwang, soziale Ausschließung wird als ein Gegenwissen zu kriminologischem Wissen über "Verbrechen & Strafe" entwickelt, thematisiert wird inhaltlich "Dialektik der Aufklärung" und die Widersprüche instrumenteller Vernunft. Es werden Vorschläge gemacht, in welcher Form die abolitionistische Haltung des "saying no!" in die Sozialwissenschaften durch Unterlassungen wissenschaftlicher Verdinglichung übertragen werden können: durch Abschaffung (Nicht-Gebrauch) der kriminologischen Perspektive und des Vokabulars von "Verbrechen & Strafe", kurz: Kritik kriminologischen Wissens.
AB The article discusses suitable interpretative frameworks with which to analyze the scientific reification of social relations as a form of domination by institutions. Knowledge against the social institution of ´crime & punishment´ and critique of scientific criminology can be put forward by means of some ´old ideas´ that have been marginalized in current theoretical debates: the notion that societies are structured by several forms and techniques of domination (rather than by contract and the need to "keep order"), and the innovation of labeling theory, analyzing a ´Dialectic of Enlightenment´ and the contradictions of ´instrumental reason´ in a vocabulary of interaction, labeling, ascription, degradation, preparation as object, forced identity, social exclusion.. The important lesson from abolitionism will be the stance of "saying no!": no to the criminological perspectives and no to the vocabulary of crime & punishment in social theory.
