Ich übertrage die Forschungsperspektive der britischen Cultural Studies auf den Umgang mit den Fans des BFC Dynamo, die als stark von der Hooligan-Kultur der 1980er und 1990er Jahre geprägt gelten, und frage nach derzeitigen Konstellationen von miteinander verschränkten Ausgrenzungs- und Kriminalisierungsprozessen sowie populärkulturellen Praktiken und Selbstverortungen. Während bisher die Diskriminierung durch Hooligans im Mittelpunkt der Forschung stand, wende ich den Blick auf parallel dazu stattfindende Prozesse der Diskriminierung von Hooligans. Durch diese Perspektivenverschiebung lassen sich eine Reihe von problematischen Aspekten herausarbeiten: Die politische Herangehensweise wirkt populistisch und keineswegs sachgerecht, das polizeiliche Handeln erscheint durch ideologische Überschneidungen und vereinzelte personelle Rollenwechsel zwischen "Ordnungshütern" und "Gewalttätern" fragwürdig und die juristische Beurteilung als tendenziös und rechtlich anstreitbar. | ||

I transfer the research perspective of the British Cultural Studies to the dealing with the fans of the football-club Dynamo Berlin, which was strongly influenced by the Hooligan-culture of the 1980s and 1990s, and discuss the current constellations of exclusion, criminalization and practices in popular culture While most of the existing research focusses on hooligans´ discrimination of others, I emphasize the parallel process of the discrimination of hooligans. This new perspective brings to light several problematic aspects: Political maneuvers in this field appear to be rather populist, police actions are characterized by ideological and occasional personal alliances with hooligans, and far-reaching juridical decision seems tendentious and contestable. | ||
