Der vorliegende Beitrag betrachtet den Polizeieinsatz während des G20-Gipfels in Hamburg aus einer rechtsstaatlichen Perspektive. Aufgrund politisch verursachter Zielkonflikte war ein Kontrollverlust bis hin zu einer Verselbstständigung des Einsatzes fast unvermeidbar.
