Tentativ fragt der Beitrag, ob sich in der Demokratieförderung eine Regierung der Zivilgesellschaft abzeichnet. | ||

Both political education and social work were called upon by politicians as a fire department – at the same time, resistance against appropriation and externalization efforts arose within the professions and social movements. Based on guided interviews, contradictions in counseling practice are highlighted. Tentatively, the article asks whether a government of civil society is emerging in the promotion of democracy. | ||
