Die Institutionalisierung der Koexistenz "sanfter Kontrolle" von Devianz mit permanenter Moralpanik, mit Ideologieproduktion und der Nutzung von Strafrecht als Instrument der "Bekämpfung" von Kriminalität, Terrorismus, Gewalt, Drogen usw. endete in fortschreitender Auflösung der Möglichkeiten, dem neoliberalen instrumentellen Turn - der Rehabilitierung von Punitivität - etwas entgegen zu setzen. Soweit von Professionellen in Institutionen gegen die Logik von Punitivität ein ambivalentes "Unterleben der Anstalt" organisiert wird, kann dieser Praxis durch radikale Herrschaftskritik und kritische Alltagsforschung eine Stimme gegeben werden. | ||

Preconditions in the fields of politics and ideology existed just in a short period of prosperous Fordism.
