AB Dieser Aufsatz ist ein Diskussionsbeitrag zu dem Artikel von Andrea Kretschmann und Aldo Legnaro (2018) zum Begriff des Ausnahmezustandes. Er besteht aus einer kurzen Diskussion ihres Vorschlags, den Begriff "Ausnahmezustand" in den Plural "Ausnahmezustände" umzuwandeln. Ich beziehe mich dabei auf empirische Überlegungen zum Ausnahmezustand in Frankreich, der dort von 2015 bis 2017 ausgerufen war.
AB This essay is a discussion contribution to the article by Andrea Kretschmann and Aldo Legnaro (2018) on the concept of state of emergency. It consists of a short discussion of their proposal to transform the term “state of emergency” into the plural “states of emergency”. I am referring here to empirical considerations on the state of emergency in France, which was declared there from 2015 to 2017.
