| Zusammenfassung: | This chapter analyzes some of the approaches and variables to consider in the social evaluations of adolescents in criminal proceedings. It highlights the perspective of clinically assessing dangerousness and clinically assessing vulnerability and highlights how these approaches are applied not only for diagnostic purposes but also for the treatment of juvenile offenders. Other important concepts in adolescent development are also discussed here, and some theories of criminal behavior and how they can be relevant in the approach of social work with adolescents in the penal system are described. Este capítulo analiza algunos de los enfoques y variables a considerar en las evaluaciones sociales de la población adolescente acusada en un proceso penal. Coloca en relieve la perspectiva de la clínica de la peligrosidad y la clínica de la vulnerabilidad, en tanto estos enfoques están presentes no sólo con fines diagnósticos, sino también en el tratamiento de adolescentes en esa condición. Se discuten, además, otros conceptos importantes en el desarrollo de los y las adolescentes y se describen algunas teóricas del comportamiento delictivo y cómo estas visiones pueden ser relevantes en la aproximación del trabajo social con adolescentes en el sistema penal. |
