AB Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein systematischer Literaturüberblick über die Thematisierung von abweichendem Verhalten bzw. intentionalen Normbrüchen (vor allem zivilem Ungehorsam) durch Klimabewegungen respektive von spezifischen Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten und deren Gruppen im wissenschaftlichen Diskurs gegeben. Jenseits spezifischer Aktionsformen (darunter auch Beiträge, in denen ein Bedarf an Aktionen festgestellt wird oder in denen entsprechend argumentiert wird) werden ferner auch die gesellschaftlichen und/oder sicherheitsbehördlichen Reaktionen darauf fokussiert. Insgesamt wurden 144 deutsch- und englischsprachige (empirische sowie nicht-empirische) Publikationen zwischen 2003 und 2023 in den systematischen Literaturüberblick einbezogen. Es ließen sich drei Kernthemen identifizieren (Strategien von Bewegungen und Motivationen von Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten sowie deren Entwicklung und gesellschaftliche Wahrnehmung; rechtswissenschaftliche, kriminologische und kriminalpolitische Auseinandersetzungen; Diskussionen zur Legitimität von Protestformen, Kritik an Politik und Medien sowie die Formulierung eines Bedarfs an Aktionen), deren Ergebnisse dargestellt und diskutiert werden.
AB This article provides a systematic literature review on the scientific analysis of deviant behaviour or intentional norm violations (in particular civil disobedience) by climate movements or by specific activists and their groups. In addition to specific forms of action (including contributions in which a need for action is identified or argued as necessary), the focus is also on the reactions of society and/or security authorities. A total of 144 German and English-language (empirical and non-empirical) publications between 2003 and 2023 were included in the systematic literature review. Three core topics could be identified (strategies of movements and motivations of activists as well as their development and social perception; jurisprudential, criminological and criminal-political debates; discussions on the legitimacy of forms of protest, criticism of politics and the media as well as the formulation of a need for action). Results will be presented and discussed.
