AB Damit der Zugang zum Recht kein leeres Versprechen bleibt, bedarf es eines mehr dimensionalen Verständnisses, das die Gefangenen und ihre Menschenrechte in den Mittelpunkt stellt. In diesem Beitrag werden vier Dimensionen vorgeschlagen, die hierfür als Orientierung dienen können. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, zu einem besseren Verständnis des Zugangs von Gefangenen zum Recht beizutragen und dieses für die empirische Forschung und andere soziale Akteur*innen zugänglich zu machen.
AB To ensure that access to justice does not remain an empty promise, a multidimensional understanding is required that places prisoners and their human rights at the centre. In this article, four dimensions are proposed that can serve as orientation for this. The aim of the article is to contribute to a better understanding of prisoners' access to justice and to make this accessible for empirical research and other social actors.
