AB En el presente trabajo pretendemos llevar a cabo un examen técnico-jurídico sobre los requisitos que permiten obtener la suspensión de la ejecución de la prisión permanente. Se trata de la principal característica que define esta pena, sin embargo, son muchos los aspectos que requieren de un estudio pormenorizado. En este sentido, hemos tratado de aportar las pautas interpretativas que consideramos debieran orientar la aplicación del mecanismo de revisión que contempla esta pena. Concretamente, nos centra- remos en analizar los plazos previstos, el acceso al tercer grado, y el pronóstico de reinserción. Así, como los requisitos específicos exigidos en casos de terrorismo. Para finalizar, realizaremos una valoración sobre la oportunidad y configuración de tales requisitos.
AB  In the present work we intend to carry out a technical-legal examination on the requirements that allow obtaining the suspension of the execution of permanent prison. This is the main characteristic that defines this penalty, however, there are many aspects that require a detailed study. In this sense, we have tried to provide the interpretative guidelines that we consider should guide the application of the review mechanism that contemplates this sentence. Specifically, we will focus on analyzing the expected deadlines, access to third grade, and the reintegration prognosis. As well as the specific requirements demanded in cases of terrorism. Finally, we will assess the opportunity and configuration of such requirements.
