AB El trabajo analizado contiene un estudio sobre la justificación del delito de cohecho. El propósito del autor es ahondar en la legitimación de dicho comportamiento delictivo, intentando encontrar, a lo largo de su obra, criterios para lograr una interpretación constitucional, esto es, una aplicación legítimamente punible. Por ello, no solo estudia las características especiales del cohecho, también los principios que sustentan la criminalización de toda conducta.
AB This book is a rigorous study on the crime of bribery. The author's purpose is to expose the legitimacy of bribery, trying to find, throughout the book, criteria to achieve a constitutional interpretation, i.e., a fair or adequate sanction or in accordance with the Constitution. Therefore, he analyzes not only the special characteristics of bribery, but also the rules that support the criminalization of all human conduct.
