AB Este trabajo analiza si las muchas y muy feroces críticas que se han realizado al delito de enaltecimiento del terrorismo y que, a juicio de algunos, hacen necesaria su derogación, están realmente fundadas, o si, por el contrario, el referido delito es tan solo una figura incomprendida y mal aplicada por nuestros tribunales, que puede jugar un papel efectivo y constitucionalmente legítimo a la hora de prevenir los graves ataques que caracterizan al terrorismo como fenómeno criminal.
AB This paper analyzes whether the many and very hard critics made against the current crime of terrorism glorification and that, in the opinion of some scholars, make necessary its repeal, are correct or if, actually, this crime is just a figure that was misunderstood and misapplied by our courts and can play an effective and constitutionally legitimate role in preventing the serious attacks that characterize terrorism as a criminal phenomenon.
