AB El delito de corrupción en el deporte se enmarca en la idea de la expansión del Derecho penal, utilizando todos los recursos que la Política Criminal permite para acabar con esta lacra. En este contexto cabe destacar la dificultad de delimitar las acciones típicas del delito, así como, señalar cuales de ellas tienen la suficiente relevancia penal por el bien jurídico que protege frente a otras, que por el hecho realizado puede ser más útil resolverlo con el Derecho administrativo sancionador.
AB The crime of corruption in sport is framed in the idea of the expansion of criminal law, using all the resources that criminal policy allows to end this scourge. In this context, it is worth mentioning the difficulty of delimiting the typical actions of the crime, as well as, to point out which of them have sufficient criminal relevance for the legal good that protects against others, which by the fact carried out may be more useful to solve it with the sanctioning administrative law.
