| Sumario: | Die in der Öffentlichkeit wie in Fachkreisen geführte Diskussion um Prognosekriterien und -praxis sind als zum Teil unrealistisch, zum Teil irrational zu problematisieren. Als wissenschaftliche Fundierung der Prognosepraxis werden empirische Ergebnisse einer Feldforschung (Gesamterhebung) zum Beurteilungsbogen im Westf. Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie Lippstadt referiert. Funktion und Arbeitsweise der 'Prognoseberatenden Fachgruppe' in diesem größten Maßregelvollzugskrankenhaus der BRD werden vorgestellt. Im Fazit ist eine sachlich-kritische Diskussion der prognostischen Problematik zu fordern, sprich: eine Entemotionalisierung der öffentlich geführten Debatte und eine Entmystifizierung des übercodierten Gefährlichkeitsbegriffs. The discussion on criteria and practise of prognosis carried out amongst the general public as weil as in specialist circles can be categorised problematically as partly unrealistic and partly irrational. A report is presented of the complete empirical results of a field study about judgement range, which was conducted in the Westphalian Centre for Forensic Psychiatry in Lippstadt and the findings of which can be used as a scientific basis in the practise of making prognoses. The function and working methods of the 'specialist group for advice on prognoses' are presented from this the largese hospital of its sort in Federal Germany where disciplinary measures are carried out. As a result, a factually critical discussion of ehe problems of prognosis is to be encouraged. This means removing ehe strong emotions of public debate and the de-mystifying of the over-coded concepts of risk. La discussion publique et professionnelle concernant les crieeres et Ja pratique du pronostic de dangerosite doit etre soumis en raison de visees en partie irrealistes en partie irrationnelles a une vue d'ensemble critique. Les resultats empiriques d'une recherche sur le questionnaire de jugement du Westfälische Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie Lippstadt sont developpes comme fondement de la pratique de pronostic. La fonction et Je mode de travail du «Graupe professionneJ de conseil pronostic» dans cet höpital de psychiatrie forenesique - le plus grand en RFA - sont presentes. En conclusion une discussion critique et professionnelle doit etre exigee face au problemes poses par le pronostic: II faut öter les aspects emotionnels des discussions publiques et il faut demythifier la surdetermination de la notion de dangerosite. |
