AB En este artículo explicamos de manera muy detallada cómo operan las redes de trata de mujeres con  fines  de  explotación  sexual  de  origen  asiático  en  el  estado  español.  Partimos  del  marco conceptual de este delito para entender cómo operan estas redes en el territorio. Teniendo en cuenta  testimonios  reales,  precisamos  los  diferentes  eslabones  dentro  de  las  mismas  en comparación  con  otro  tipo de  redes  que  actúan  en  el  mismo  nicho.  A  partir  de  este  análisis observamos  la  evolución  que  sufren  las  mujeres  dentro  de  un  proceso  de  proxenetización  de estas.  Todo  ello  nos  sirve  para  tipologizar  este  tipo  de  prostitución  en  el  marco  del  contexto español y nos permite reflexionar y deliberar sobre el papel femenino dentro de las redes tanto como víctimas como proxenetas.
AB In this article we explain in detail how trafficking networks of women of Asian origin operate in Spain for the purpose of sexual exploitation. We start from the conceptual framework of this crime  to  understand  how  these  networks  operate  in  the  territory. Taking  into  account  real testimonies,  we  specify  the  different  links  within  them  in  comparison  with  other  types  of networks operating in the same niche. From this analysis, we observe the evolution suffered by women in a process of pimping. All this helps us to typologize this type of prostitution in the Spanish context and allows us to reflect and deliberate on the female role within the networks both as victims and pimps.
