Summary:It is intended to discuss the relevance of the truth in the criminal procedure, along the lines of the current Brazilian procedural system. Furthermore, with the new inflows of criminal justice in Brazil, the aim is to analyze whether such theories about the truth represent a contribution and a limit to this harvest, especially when dealing with the necessary assumptions for offering the non-criminal prosecution agreement.
Pretende-se discutir a relevância da verdade no Processo penal, nos moldes em que se conforma a sistemática processual brasileira na atualidade. Ademais, com os novos influxos da justiça penal negocial no Brasil, almeja-se analisar se tais teorias sobre a verdade representam um contributo e um limite a esta seara, especialmente ao se tratar dos pressupostos necessários para o oferecimento do acordode não persecução penal.
