| 520 | |a Este artículo tiene por objeto el análisis de las acusaciones por delitos de discurso de odio en que la supuesta víctima serían miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado en el contexto del procés independentista en Cataluña. Se pretende mostrar el uso político que se ha hecho de esos delitos y, en un plano más teórico, extraer alguna conclusión respecto a la caracterización de los estados de excepción no formales. Para ello, se ha recurrido, mayormente, a documentos de las instituciones del Estado (sentencias, instrucciones, manuales, etc.) o, en su defecto, a noticias periodísticas, todo ello complementado con bibliografía secundaria especializada en la materia. De lo expuesto, se extraen algunas conclusiones sobre las relaciones entre derecho y política. | ||
| 520 | |a The aim of this article is to analyze the accusations of hate crimes in which the alleged victims are members of the State Security Forces and Corps in the context of the pro-independence process in Catalonia. The aim is to show the political use that has been made of these crimes and, on a more theoretical level, to draw some conclusions regarding the characterization of non-formal states of exception. To this end, documents from state institutions (sentences, instructions, guidelines, etc.) or, in default of these, journalistic reports, complemented by secondary bibliography specialized in the subject, have been resorted. From the exposition, some conclusions are drawn about the relationship between law and politics. | ||
