I explained how that using an innovative methodology, the author proposes a novel reading of the relationship between local and national politics, and an analysis that is undoubtedly an invitation to new research agendas. El texto que tengo el gusto de reseñar en estas páginas es producto del proceso doctoral de su autor, quien es no sólo un abogado sino también un criminólogo que se ha preocupado por el estudio de las ciudades, su estética y la forma como lo urbano impacta en el campo del control del delito. A partir de una metodología innovadora, el autor propone una lectura novedosa sobre la relación existente entre las políticas locales y las nacionales, en un análisis que es sin duda una invitación a nuevas agendas investigativas. |
