RT Research Data T1 Community surveys on conflict dynamics in Colombia A1 Arjona, Ana LA English PP Colchester PB UK Data Service YR 2017 UL https://krimdok.uni-tuebingen.de/Record/1871934893 AB Data resulting from surveys and workshops with people in a random sample of local communities throughout Colombia, to gather detailed evidence on the interaction between non-state armed groups and local communities over time. The main purpose of this study is to fill this theoretical, empirical and policy gap by analysing how the relationship between populations living in contexts of violence and armed non-state actors controlling or contesting those areas results in forms of local governance and order, and how these in turn affect the access to and effectiveness of livelihoods adopted by individuals and communities in contexts of violence. The study is based on comparative qualitative and quantitative empirical work in Colombia, India, Lebanon, Niger and South Africa. K1 Conflict K1 Colombia K1 Forschungsdaten DO 10.5255/UKDA-SN-851447
