The «Restauravidas program» tries to intervene with restorative justice aims, but little space remains to repair the damage caused when the effort is to repair oneself in order to survive.Este artículo pretende analizar la viabilidad de la justicia restaurativa en delitos de tráfico de drogas en la fase de ejecución de la pena. Se centra en una experiencia concreta de Justicia Restaurativa con españoles condenados por tribunales extranjeros que han sido trasladados a España para cumplir su pena privativa de libertad por la comisión de delitos contra la salud pública. Dicha experiencia se ha llevado a cabo con el impulso de la Fundación Abogacía Española y la aprobación de la Secretaría General de Instituciones Penitenciarias en el centro penitenciario de Madrid V. Los autores, a su vez, facilitadores del programa analizan la viabilidad de este tipo de justicia en esta tipología delictiva. | ||
