Curso académico 2017-2018[ES]Nuestra investigación se encuentra dirigida hacia la comprobación de cómo se está desarrollando la Orden Europea de Investigación para poder observar las implicaciones que tiene en los países miembros de la Unión Europea. Esto es llevado a cabo con la pretensión de averiguar cómo puede ser la cooperación internacional a través de la utilización de la OEI en base a la investigación delitos como la trata de personas para, así, plantear una armonización real de legislaciones y de los instrumentos y técnicas a aplicar que permitan conocer de dichos delitos y facilitar la cooperación policial y judicial para la investigación, el descubrimiento y el enjuiciamiento de organizaciones criminales, pudiendo llegar hasta los cabecillas y no quedarnos únicamente en la base de lo que constituye el crimen organizado.[EN]Our research is directed towards the verification of how the European Research Order is being developed in order to observe the implications it has in the member countries of the European Union. This is carried out with the aim of finding how international cooperation could be because of the EOI, based on the investigation of crimes such as human trafficking in order to propose a real harmonization of legislations and the instruments and techniques applicated that allow to know about these crimes and facilitate police and judicial cooperation for the investigation, the discovery and the prosecution of criminal organizations, discovering the leaders and not only remain at the base of what constitutes organized crime
