Con la introducción de la oralidad en los procesos judiciales, el gran reto está en la obtención de una verdadera justicia como servicio público de calidad. Que procesos sencillos se resuelvan de forma diferenciada no debe ser un problema, sino una solución. La discusión ahora se centra en cómo hacerlo posible y qué debe respetarse, todo ello a partir de la política criminal de Estado, las verdaderas razones que están detrás de la reforma, las garantías judiciales y, finalmente, las oportunidades de mejora | ||
