|a O presente relatório de estágio, relativo ao 2º ano de Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde na Faculdade de Filosofia da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), descreve as atividades realizadas ao longo do ano letivo 2011/2012 pela aluna Sónia Machado sob orientação do Dr. Ricardo Pereira Campos e supervisão da Professora Doutora Eleonora Cunha. O estágio realizou-se na Casa de Saúde S. José (Instituto S. João de Deus) – Areias de Vilar. O presente relatório encontra-se dividido em três partes. A primeira parte retrata a instituição de trabalho e o tipo de atividades aí desenvolvidas. A segunda parte retrata a intervenção efetuada pelo estagiário, intervenção em cinco casos clínicos, quatro deles apresentados sumariamente e um aprofundadamente, uma intervenção em grupo que aborda a comunicação assertiva e uma ação de formação sobre o impacto do stress no contexto laboral.. A terceira e última parte, baseia-se numa reflexão e conclusão do relatório de estágio, assim como do tempo passado, da experiência passada em estágio.This internship report, related to the second year of my Masters in Clinical and Health Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP), aims to describe the activities performed during the academic year of 2011/2012 by the student Sónia Machado Pires, under the guidance of Doctor Ricardo Pereira Campos and the supervision of Professor Eleonora Cunha. The internship was carried out at the mental institution Casa de Saúde S. José, Instituto S. João de Deus (Saint John of God Institute) in Areias de Vilar. The report is divided into three parts. The first part provides information about the institution as well as the type of activities that are developed there. The second part is about the intervention of the intery, namely in five clinical cases. One of those clinical cases is thoroughly described in this report, while the other four are briefly presented. It also comprises the description of a group intervention which addresses assertive communication and a workshop about the impact of stress in the workplace. The third and last part consists of a reflection and the conclusion of the report, as well as details about the internship and the experience gained during that period
