Como parte del Proyecto de Investigación “Cambios en el castigo en la Argentina contemporánea: reforma legal y su impacto en la ejecución de la pena de prisión” (UNPAZ), elaboramos el siguiente documento. Es una invitación para reflexionar desde lo colectivo y para actuar desde lo político. Nuestras propuestas apuntan a los tres poderes del Estado para que, en conjunto, puedan mitigar un problema preexistente y que se agravará por la actual pandemia. Se trata de pensar políticas y medidas de descarcelamiento que puedan disminuir la sobrepoblación. | ||

As part of the Research Project "Changes in punishment in contemporary Argentina: legal reform and its impact on the execution of the prison sentence" (UNPAZ), we prepared the following document. It is an invitation to reflect from the collective and to act from the political. Our proposals point to the three branches of the State so that, taken together,they can mitigate a pre-existing problem that will be aggravated by the current pandemic. It is about thinkingpolicies and measures of de-imprisonment that can reduce overpopulation. | ||
