Desse modo, pretendemos trazer luz a algumas formas de atuação do chamado “patriarcalismo jurídico” e dos mecanismos violentos pelo qual o judiciário (re)produz valores patriarcais. | ||

For such, we will depart from the analysis of the rulings on three cases decided by Estate Courts selected as examples of the reproduction of the patriarchal discourse by these institutions, pointing out some of the ways by which the patriarchal mentality shows through in their contents.
