Partiendo de que la prostitución no es una institución natural, este artículo se hace cargo metodológicamente de la discusión bibliográfica entre las posiciones que ligan este fenómeno con la trata y aquellas que pretenden desligarlo. Y aporta fundamentalmente la interpretación de que estas últimas responden a la misma lógica que defiende la legalización de la actividad prostitucional. | ||

From here, this article has the objective of coming back on the debate to conclude that the abolitionist horizon, is not only not impossible, but it is the only way for the feminist claim. Starting from the fact that prostitution is not a natural institution, this article takes charge methodologically of the bibliographical discussion between the positions that link this phenomenon with trafficking and those that seek to separate it. And it contributes basically to the interpretation that the latter responds to the same logic that defends the legalization of the prostitution activity. | ||
