AB El presente artículo muestra la orientación feminizada del sistema moderno del derecho penal, así como su elaboración en los próximos veinte años. Para estos efectos, se toma como referencia el caso alemán, que comparado con el mexicano, evidencia que entre Europa y Latinoamérica hay mucho en común.
AB This article shows the feminized orientation of the modern system of criminal law, as well as its development in the next 20 years. To get the job done, is taken as reference the German case, that compared with the Mexican, evidence that there is a lot in common between Europe and Latin America.
