Realizaremos um levantamento bibliográfico dos autores europeus clássicos e da literatura latino-americana, compreendendo os principais desafios e apostas próprias da região. Assim, buscaremos traçar a importância tanto da promoção de reflexões sobre o movimento abolicionista, ainda com escassa produção científica na América Latina, quanto da necessidade de situá-lo diante da realidade de cada país, afastando a mera importação e reprodução teórica acrítica. | ||
| 520 | |a This paper main objective is to study how the abolitionist movement is thought and practiced in the countries of peripheral capitalism of Latin America, since the criminal systems of the region reveal themselves in a more violent way and associated to a paradigmof domination and dependence with the countries of central hegemonic power. We will conducted a bibliographical review of the classic european authors and the Latin American literature, understanding the main challenges and aspirations of the region. Therefore, we will present the relevance of both promoting the reflection about the abolitionist movement, still with scarce scientific production in Latin America and the need to situate it in the reality of each country, moving away from the mere importationand uncritical reproduction. | ||
